your business individually. AMOA's Government Relations Counsel will bring you up to date on
the latest developments on the video game content front-including the industry's case versus the

programs and events. Learn how an investment of a little time and resources can generate traffic
and make a big contribution to an improved bottom line.
534-03 Is there a ''Big Brother" in Your Coin-Op Future?
New technology, such as online tournament games and digitally downloadable jukeboxes, offer
exciting possibilities, but also raise some potential security and privacy concerns. The Illinois
Coin Machine Operators Association (ICMOA) has been spearheading an effort to address these
issues. Every operator needs to be aware of the possible pitfalls that accompany the benefits of
connectivity. The panel will include two operators, a manufacturer and the attorney whose firm
developed language for a "Privacy" clause that can be inserted into manufacturer-operator
agreements.
534-04 The Latest Developments in Networking and Game Connectivity
The promise of Internet-driven equipment, online access and interactive games are up and
running, but where is it going? How can operators tap into this evolving technology and what are
the pitfalls to avoid? This blue-ribbon panel of manufacturers who make and market these
products will discuss ways for operators to capitalize on this potentially huge money making
category.
534-05 Survivor: Coin-Op Style
Why do some make it and others fall short? What does it take to be a coin-op survivor? Leaders
